When you book with us, you're agreeing to our standard operating procedures. We don't just move boxes; we manage the integrity of your supply chain.

2. Liability & Insurance

Who is responsible when the unexpected happens? While we maintain rigorous safety standards, our liability for cargo loss or damage is limited according to industry standards unless additional coverage is purchased. Our team works tirelessly to mitigate risks, but the complex nature of transit requires a clear understanding of these boundaries.

3. Delivery Timelines

Time is money. We get it. However, estimated delivery times are not guarantees. Factors like weather, port congestion, or mechanical issues can occasionally cause delays. We'll always keep you updated, but YANASAMA DISTRIBUTION, INC. isn't liable for consequential damages resulting from late arrivals.

4. Payment Terms

Net 30. That's our standard. Failure to remit payment within the agreed timeframe may result in a lien on your cargo. We value our partnerships and appreciate timely settlements to keep our fleet rolling efficiently.

5. Prohibited Items

Do you know what's in your crate? We've got strict rules against transporting hazardous materials without prior disclosure. If it glows, explodes, or leaks, we need to know before it hits the trailer.
